I was taught when someone asked me "how are you?" to answer "fine thank you". That was when I was very young. My Mom explained that would be an appropriate answer for me because I was fine then.  She also taught me not to tell lies so when someone asks me today how I am I will invariably answer "pretty well, thank you".    This afternoon  one of Bill's co-workers stopped in and asked me how I was feeling and I replied "pretty well, thank you".  I am trying to break myself of that phrase and just say "quite well, thank you".  Wish me luck. I know you can't teach an ole Lady new tricks.Â
That last statement is not true because just yesterday I learned the difference between e-mail and text messages. That bit of info came from Grandson James.Â
Waiting on phone call from Joann. Hope she will be home late Sunday. She's coming and Becky's going. You might call them the Traveling Leone's.Â
Hope you all are "fine, thank you".
